Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A 50% booking fee may be required to confirm your appointment.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the time with the booking fee held as credit.
Appointment reschedules within 48 hours, cancellations, and no-shows result in the booking fee being forfieted.

Treatment Packages

Packages must be paid in full at the time of the first appointment.
Treatments purchased in the package must be used within 12 months of purchase
